The York Arena

opened in 1947, is the longest-serving arena in operation in Fredericton is home to the Freddy 34 Blues.

Goaltender Jake Allen of the St. Louis Blues and Shawn Lean, the vice-president of Office Interiors, pose under Allen’s framed number 34 jersey at a Fredericton restaurant. The 34 Bantam Major Blues were named in recognition of Allen’s status as the number one goaltender with the NHL Blues.
